For Vylana, dating apps involved years of looking for the right match. For Viv, it was a single day trial on Hinge a week before Valentine’s Day 2020. Little did we know that both paths, the long game and the one-day experiment, would meet on a sunny afternoon in San Francisco. From the start, we connected over a shared, deep appreciation for our family and friends, a pace of life that matched effortlessly, and our mutual belief that the best parts of life are meant to be experienced with the people we love.

The following years brought us from the Bay Area to Los Angeles, New York, and the rest of the world in between. We like to say we built our relationship around showing up for our people, chasing new experiences together, and choosing each other every day.

Now living in New York City, we're excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the friends and family who have shaped our lives and supported our journey together.

Our friends and family are the reason we felt safe enough to be ourselves, brave enough to love openly, and supported enough to build the life we have today. They never made us feel different — only loved, welcomed, and celebrated. Because of them, we had the privilege to grow into who we are and to choose each other fully.
